Accomplished former operators with multi-faceted skill sets

Martez R. Moore is the Chairman and CEO of Moore Frères & Company. He serves on numerous corporate boards, including holding the position of Executive Chairman of Vewd Software. Previously, he worked at Viacom, Inc. as the Executive Vice President of Digital Media & Head of Business Strategy & Corporate Development for one of its divisions. In this position, he had P&L, business strategy, and M&A responsibilities, including investing $225M in capital that created $5.8B in Viacom shareholder value, a 26.7x return on invested capital during his nine-year tenure. Prior to Viacom, Mr. Moore was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company. He was a principal with TSG Capital Group, a private equity fund with nearly $1B AUM, and Indosuez Capital, a leading merchant bank.

Mr. Moore began his finance career with the Mergers, Acquisition and Restructuring department at Morgan Stanley & Company. He previously worked at The White House in the Political Affairs Office for Rahm Emanuel. Mr. Moore serves on the University of Pennsylvania Law School Board of Overseers, the New York Hall of Science Board of Trustees, and the Trinity Wall Street Vestry Board. He graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago and earned his J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School as a Sweeney Scholar.

G Thomas Reynolds is a Partner at Moore Frères & Company. Prior to joining the firm, he was founder and president of Entertainment Strategy Partners, LLC. (ESP), a consultancy that advises media and entertainment companies on strategy and operational matters.

Prior to founding ESP, Mr. Reynolds led the strategy and business development functions for a division of Viacom, Inc. Among his many accomplishments at Viacom, he led the effort to develop and launch a new cable television network, launched numerous new business initiatives, and conceived, developed, and produced the inaugural BET Experience at L.A. Live. Mr. Reynolds was also the former Vice President and Chief of Staff for a division of Viacom, Inc., where he served as a key member of the executive team for the Chairman and CEO.
